Every Backyard Legacy order ships via white-glove freight: a specialist two-person delivery team that brings your piece to its final location, not just to your front door. Delivery is included in the price of every order.

Delivery Questions

How long does delivery take?

Because every product is built to order, lead times vary by category. Fire pits and outdoor furniture typically ship in 8–12 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. Pergolas, outdoor kitchens, and hot tubs run 12–18 weeks due to the complexity of the build. Your confirmed lead time will be included in your order confirmation email.

What does white-glove delivery include?

White-glove freight means your product arrives with a specialist two-person delivery team, not a standard courier. They deliver to your specified location (backyard, deck, or garage) and assist with unpacking and placement. For large structures such as pergolas, the team will confirm access requirements with you in advance of the delivery date.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We deliver to all 48 contiguous states as standard. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can be arranged. Contact us at hello@thebackyardlegacy.com before placing your order to confirm freight options and any additional cost for your location.

How will I know when my order is ready to ship?

Our team will contact you personally when your order leaves the manufacturer, and again to schedule your delivery date and time window. You will not receive an impersonal tracking link for a consignment weighing several hundred pounds; you will hear from a person who knows your order.
