How it works

  1. Discovery call

    A free 30-minute conversation to understand the scope, the constraints, and whether this package is the right fit. If it isn’t, we’ll tell you.

  2. Site visit or detailed photographs

    Either an in-person site visit or a detailed set of photos and measurements you provide. We work from real numbers, not guesses.

  3. Drawing and review

    We produce the full package and walk you through it on a second call. Revisions are included until the drawing is right.

  4. Build

    Hand the package to your contractor, or have us source and deliver the pieces with our white-glove delivery and install partners.

Investment

Pricing is scoped to your project’s complexity and discussed openly during the discovery call — typical packages reflect the multi-week effort of producing a custom drawing, full specifications, and a budget you can build to. The fee is credited toward your purchase when you proceed with us.
