We start with a complimentary consultation. Before paid work begins, your written proposal confirms the fee, deliverables, timeline and revision rounds. Any site visit or contractor briefing is included only where agreed in the scope.

Any design fee credit toward an eligible product purchase, refund eligibility and cancellation terms are confirmed in your written agreement before payment.
