Ninety-five percent recycled content, and it will outlive a hardwood table. The Berlin Gardens Homestead 44×72″ Dining Table, Rectangular is built from high-grade HDPE poly lumber, the material that made the whole "set it and forget it" category possible.

Worried about what the weather does to a table left out all year? It is UV stabilised against fading, cracking and splitting, and resistant to bacterial growth, mildew, rain, wind and salt spray. Unlike wood, it will not fade in the sun, crack in the cold or rot with moisture.

Worried the hardware will fail first? It is chrome-plated stainless steel and powder-coated aluminum, with a marine-grade stainless and aluminum internal frame. Nothing in the assembly is a weak link.

Product maintenance

Teak furniture requires no treatment to maintain its structural integrity. It will silver naturally over time. To maintain the original warm honey tone, apply teak oil annually in spring. Aluminium frames require only an annual wash with mild soap and water. Sunbrella cushion fabrics can be spot cleaned with mild soap and water. Store cushions in a dry location during extended periods without use.
