Product maintenance
Every piece we carry is built to last when it is cared for. These general guidelines apply across our collection. For care specific to your product, follow the manufacturer’s instructions included with your order.
- Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and pressure washers.
- Rinse and dry outdoor pieces from time to time to remove dust, pollen, salt and debris.
- Cover or store outdoor items during harsh weather and when they will not be used for a long period.
- Keep cushions and fabrics dry, and store them indoors when not in use.
- Check hardware, fittings and any electrical or gas connections at the start of each season.
- Have electrical, gas or pressurised equipment serviced only by a qualified technician.

We handle the freight for you, fully insured, to the contiguous 48 states. White glove placement may be available on select collections and is confirmed before purchase.
LEAD TIME
9 to 13 business days. Delivery typically follows within 7 to 21 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order leaves the workshop.
RETURNS
Made to order item. Cancel within 48 hours before production begins. Not eligible for change of mind return after production begins. Damage or defects are fully covered.
