Product maintenance
Care for Renson Aero® Skye — Integrated Retractable Louvered Roof
Clean the aluminum frame and louvers with finish-compatible products and keep gutters and drainage outlets clear. Inspect fixings and remove debris from the roof mechanism as directed in the Renson manual. Keep moving parts clear and use authorized service for drives and controls.

Delivery
Confirm the agreed roof dimensions and options, production schedule, delivery access, unloading and installation scope in the project quote. Foundation, drainage and electrical work must be identified separately where required.
Returns
For a build made to agreed dimensions, materials or specifications, confirm the applicable return exclusions and cancellation conditions in its written order agreement before production is authorized.
Request authorization and the correct return address before sending this item back. Damage, defects and incorrect deliveries are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; contact us with your order number and photographs. Cancellation depends on the order’s actual dispatch, order commitment or production stage and the terms disclosed for this item.
