Product maintenance
Care for Renson Lapure® — Retractable Fabric Roof Pergola
Remove loose debris gently and follow the Renson instructions for cleaning and drying the retractable fabric. Keep tracks and drainage clear and inspect fixings. Use the specified wind and storage procedure and authorized service for the drive and controls.

Confirm the agreed roof dimensions and options, production schedule, delivery access, unloading and installation scope in the project quote. Foundation, drainage and electrical work must be identified separately where required.
Returns
For a build made to agreed dimensions, materials or specifications, confirm the applicable return exclusions and cancellation conditions in its written order agreement before production is authorized.
Request authorization and the correct return address before sending this item back. Damage, defects and incorrect deliveries are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; contact us with your order number and photographs. Cancellation depends on the order’s actual dispatch, order commitment or production stage and the terms disclosed for this item.
